'Rose Marie' with lyrics by Otto Harbach and Oscar Hammerstein II and music by Rudolf Friml and Herbert Stothart was performed at the Whitehorse Centre from the 2nd - 10th October 1998. Set in the Canada in the 1920's 'Rose Marie' is a delightful, escapist, turn of the century romantic comedy. The song 'Indian Love Call' is perhaps the musicals most memorable having been made famous by Jeanette McDonald and Nelson Eddy. Those involved with this production had a wonderful time bringing to life this golden oldy.
